Birthday CAKE

Nadine made me a birthday cake!

My birthday isn't til Sunday, but we are having a picnic tomorrow with friends (hopefully - it's miserable weather at the moment) so of course we had to taste test it.

    I think I have that same pan.

    Happy birthday! Come up to Townsville - the weather is beautiful for the first time in months. Perfect for a birthday celebration :)

    @Theresa: The pan has seen me through many cakes, brownies and muesli bars. It has even roasted some veges for me :)

    Thanks :) I'd love to visit Townsville one day! I think one big ass drive around Australia is in order. Luckily the sun came out today!
