I've wanted to try banoffee since I learned of its existence, after receiving a british vegan cookbook for christmas one year. I really should get on that! This looks just amazing.
Yum! Just made my first pie from that book, the raspberry pucker up, and was going to try this one next. Never had banoffee but I love love love bananas!

@theresa: yes try it! We first had one (not vegan) baked by my aunt in England. Amazing. So glad I can make it like this :)
